fiebig+team at CallCenterWorld 2007
Last week the 9th
CallCenterWorld in Berlin finished. On a totally redesigned booth fiebig+team - german Avaya business partner of the year 2006 - registered more than 200 vistors, who informed themselves about state of the art call- and contact center solutions.To a real public magnet the new IP phones of Avaya's 96x series were promoted. Customers were very impressed about the well designed and attractive phones.
The visitors also stated large interest to the fiebig+team's quality monitoring solutions.
Next year there will be a double jubilee in Berlin. CallCenterWorld show celebrates its 10th jubilee and fiebig+team will exehebit for the fifth time - keeping visitors and customers well informed up-to-date topics and trends in the call center area.
