CallCenterWorld 2005 in Review:
Fiebig+Team’s first-time presence at CCW an all-round success

On February 23, 2005 CallCenterWorld® 2005, the international trade show for Call Centers and Customer Management held at the Berlin Estrel Convention Center came to an end. Event organizer Management Circle once again reported a 20% increase in the number of visitors on the previous year. 3,000 knowledgeable industry visitors attended Europe’s premier event for the Call Center industry.

Given these figures, Fiebig+Team’s first presentation at CallCenterWorld was a resounding success, exceeding all expectations. The banner theme of Performance & Workforce Optimization in Call Centers proved highly compelling to trade show visitors. The Fiebig+Team stand—which was designed this year to emphasize its strategic partnerships with Avaya and Witness Systems—reported having 150 guests. In addition to the topic of “enhancing efficiency” using CTI middleware and the Avaya Interaction Center, a live presentation of the Witness product suite designed to ensure “customer satisfaction and loyalty based on quality assurance” became a highlight at our trade show exhibit.

In summary, Fiebig+Team report that the CallCenterWorld® was a relaxed and upbeat event with many specialized industry interactions and good prospects for follow-up business. We plan to be there again next year.
