Gaining this service provider recognition from Avaya underscores the expert service competence and quality fiebig+team delivers.

The audit completed for certification included a review of service structures and statistics, adherence to service level agreements as well as a review of processes and systems required for performing technical services effectively.

The certification process focused on the following categories:

fiebig+team was awarded quality excellence status for the first time in 2004. The certification procedure takes place every two years.
