Frankfurt/Main-based fiebig+team, a leading call center specialist and business partner of Avaya for over ten years has been named German Business Partner of the Year by Avaya.

In its first year, in Rome the coveted award was formally presented to Stefan Mintert, Director Sales & Marketing at fiebig+team by Avaya’s Hans-Jürgen Bahde, CEO and Vice President Sales & Service Germany. The award was given in recognition of outstanding sales success over the past year and the above-average level of qualification.

In addition we were able to considerably extend the service packages we offer in the past year. In addition to a new network operation center, we also have a powerful support organization whose processes are very similar to those of the ITIL” says Stefan Mintert.
