The objective of the DeveloperConnection program is to develop and enhance innovative communication applications for standard Avaya APIs and thereby extend the value of Avaya solutions for customers.

Participation in the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program introduces a new dimension to the two companies' ten-year partnership.

Member companies in the DeveloperConnection program must meet Avaya’s rigorous criteria for customer satisfaction, product support, business operations, marketing and sales.

A further decisive criterion for membership in the DevConnection network is expert knowledge in a wide range of technologies used in cutting edge corporate communications, from Internet protocol (IP) telephony and contact centers, all the way to mobility applications.
