In October, approximately 350 visitors came to the parallel forums CallCenter2004 and Voice2004 held near the Frankfurt Fair to learn the very latest about the call center industry. Telemarketing and customer service solutions were on display at the forums. Event organizer IIR Deutschland GmbH reported that 200 convention participants were present, primarily managers of call centers as well as marketing and sales management staff. Another 150 visitors from industry also were able to take in the newest technology innovations at the 28 trade show stands on exhibit at the growing venue.

Fiebig+Team will be present at the CallCenter trade show for a second time in 2005.

Our exhibit (stand 10C) will focus on Performance and Workforce Optimization in Call Centers and presents the very latest technology for call center communication with the support of our strategic partners Avaya and Witness Systems. We will also be presenting these core themes at the Speakers Corner on September 29, the CallCenter2005 event and Voice2005.
