System integrator Fiebig+Team: growth in call center and contact center business / 2006 focus on consulting and professional services / only AVAYA Platinum Partner in Germany
Systems integrator Fiebig+Team exhibits at CallCenter World 2006 with a stronger market position in the call and contact center business sector. An important role in this regard is the rapid ongoing development of the market towards IP telephony. In the fourth quarter of 2005 in particular revenues increased once again, not least of all due to successful projects with high-profile customers in the financial and services sectors. One example was the support provided by Fiebig+Team to Dresdner Bank Direkt Service and Lufthansa Systems Network Services in the procurement and further development of platforms for intelligent call distribution using IP telephony. Both customers signed long-term service agreements with Fiebig+Team as well.
The systems integrator has responded to rising demand for professional services at the beginning of 2006 by establishing a Consulting & Professional Services business unit. Professional services are required for systems where standard applications and technologies are no longer sufficient and modifications are required for the system to meet specific customer requirements. “In order to deliver even better support to our customers in this area, we have restructured our company divisions" says CEO Walter Fiebig. “Many of our customers prize our personal service, which we take very seriously. That is why we have decided to extend our activities in the area of consulting and professional services and focus these efforts within a separate business unit.”
Fiebig+Team is the only German systems integrator certified as a Platinum Partner by leading call center technology provider Avaya Tenovis. This certification was renewed once again for Avaya's 2006 business year. “We have shared in a successful partnership with Avaya for several years now. Our customers benefit from our partnership in many ways, including certification of our staff and service organization as well as the access we have to Avaya resources“ added Fiebig.
