Avaya Aura is the logical development of the open IP communications platform and provides the functional diversity and performance known by Communication Manager. Aura is not a (stand alone) product - it is much more of a philosophy, a vision becoming real of a virtualized communications solution.

Your start with Avaya aura begins with an upgrade to the latest version 5.2 of Avaya Communication Manager. It is one of the most important, if not even the most important release of Communication Manager.

What is Avaya Aura?

Leveraging a revolutionary SIP architecture and virtualization technology, Avaya Aura simplifies complex networks and reduces infrastructure costs. Employees at any location can be connected regardless of the infrastructure the endpoints reside on.

Avaya Aura enables faster and easier deployment of communications capabilities such as voice, video, messaging, and presence. As a result, productivity and business agility can be increased.

Branch, Standard, and Enterprise Editions offer simple per user licensing. Additional software and hardware are offered to support various levels of scalability and redundancy.

    a joint management structure for Avaya aura centralized management for provisioning and administration for a more simplified management

  • Avaya Aura Communication Manager Messaging
    embedded voice mail application for Communication Manager.

  • Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 4.2
    the current version of Avaya's advanced telephony APIs for customization and integration of Communication Manager solutions.

  • Avaya Aura Presence Services 1.0
    the current version of Avaya's presence aggregation service for collecting and duistributing presence information by Avaya and third-party sources.

  • Avaya one-X - UC All Inclusive
    a package of desktop and mobility applications (part of Avaya Aura enterprise edition).

  • Avaya Integrated Management 5.2 The updated version of system administration and network management tools for Communication Manager, media gateways and switches, which have been included in gradually
